Movement March with Caribbean Park and Club Lime

Movement March
We look forward to hosting another year of great events for our Caribbean Park Community to enjoy. This March is an opportunity to try a variety of fitness activities guided by the experts at Club Lime Caribbean Park.

WEEK 1
YOGA CLASS (FREE) Wednesday 5th March, 12:15pm – 1:00pm
Focus on stretch and breath. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.

WEEK 2
HITT CLASS (FREE) Thursday 13th March, 1:15pm – 2:00pm
Focus on core strength. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.

WEEK 3
CORE AND MOBILITY CLASS (FREE) Wednesday 19th March, 4:15pm – 5:00pm
Focus on building muscle with dumbbells. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.

WEEK 4
REFORMER PILATES CLASS (FREE) Thursday 27th March, 12:15pm – 1:00pm
Using the Reformer machine, you’ll engage in a series of controlled movements designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Machine supplied.

These classes are complimentary however, bookings are essential.
