A Workplace That Brings People Together

At Caribbean Park, we believe work should be more than just business as usual—it should be a place where community and connection thrive. Our Welcome Back BBQ and Valentine’s Day activations are just some of the ways we bring people together, creating a vibrant and enjoyable environment for everyone through January and February.

This year’s Valentine’s Day celebration brought a beautiful giant heart display, inviting staff and visitors to stop, take a photo, and share a moment with colleagues and friends. The display became a focal point of the precinct, drawing plenty of engagement throughout the two days. A fun photo competition added to the excitement, giving tenants the chance to win a romantic getaway. While the summer heat brought some challenges with the melting chocolates, the activation was a great way to create a shared experience and add a touch of celebration to the workday.

A few weeks earlier, our Welcome Back BBQ helped kick off 2025 with a huge turnout, plenty of food, drinks and great energy in fast moving lines.  It was fantastic to see people relaxing in the gardens, catching up with colleagues, and even gathering around the TV to watch the tennis. The addition of festive decorations helped set the scene, making it a welcoming and lively way to start the year.

At Caribbean Park, events like these are what make this precinct more than just a workplace—it’s a thriving community. From seasonal celebrations to exciting activations, there’s always something to look forward to. We’re excited for what’s to come in 2025, with more opportunities to connect, celebrate, and make Caribbean Park a place where people genuinely enjoy their workday.

Keep an eye out for Movement March a collaboration with our friends at Clublime gym; as well as our first ever Employee Appreciation celebration!
