DESCRIPTION:Ride2Work Day is a national event that encourages everyday people to jump on their bike and get active on their way to work.  Riding to work is one of the easiest and most time-efficient way to fit exercise into a daily routine.  The benefits of riding to work are numerous including: it’s good for your mental and physical health\, good for the environment\, saves money and increases productivity in staff.   \nKnox City Council is proud to support this event again this year and invites you to host a breakfast on Ride2Work Day.
