Reflecting on 2025: Moments that Matter at Caribbean Park

As the year draws to a close at Caribbean Park, we reflect on a period marked by steady progress and continued momentum across the precinct.

Caribbean Park has continued to evolve as a connected and forward-looking destination. Ongoing investment across the property and shared amenity has supported the way our community works, meets and connects.

From infrastructure improvements and development projects to activations and events, each initiative has been guided by a clear focus on creating spaces where people and businesses can succeed together.

“Caribbean Park is more than a business destination, it’s a community built on collaboration, innovation and connection. Thank you to everyone who contributes to making this precinct such a special place to be.”
— Ben Spooner

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited about what’s to come — new opportunities, continued investment and even more ways to bring people together.

A SHARED FUTURE

In 2025, our focus has remained on supporting tenants as they adapt and grow within an evolving business environment at Caribbean Park. By responding to tenant needs through flexible spaces, practical improvements and ongoing investment, the precinct continues to support productivity, collaboration and long-term success. The strength of our community; shaped by tenants, partners and visitors working together, remains central to everything we do.

GROWING TOGETHER

Caribbean Park activations added energy and life across the precinct, with a year-round program designed to engage and thank our community. From National Wine and Cheese Day, Easter packages and free BBQs to Halloween, festive celebrations, prawns and prosecco, and the Christmas Market, each initiative encouraged participation and shared experiences. Special offers, discounts and ticket giveaways further reinforced our commitment to giving back.

CONSTRUCTION WORK

This year marked strong progress across the built environment at Caribbean Park. We completed construction at 8 Caribbean Drive, finalised extensions at Metabo, commenced a new extension at Davey, delivered multiple commercial fit outs, and completed key power upgrades to support business growth. We were also pleased to welcome MCC Verstraete as our newest partner.

PROPERTY CARE

Behind the scenes, the Caribbean Park team has worked diligently to ensure the precinct remains immaculately maintained, creating a safe, welcoming and high-quality environment for everyone who works and visits here. Community, sustainability and long-term business success remain central to how we plan, invest and continue to grow Caribbean Park.

EVENTS ON SITE

A diverse mix of large-scale and community events continued to energise the precinct, strengthening its position as a leading destination for major activations. From the Melbourne Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo to the Ridin’ Hearts Festival, alongside markets, cultural festivals, expos and film productions, our spaces welcomed thousands. The 2026 events calendar opens strongly with Tough Mudder, the Knox City Rodeo and the Melbourne Comic and Toy Fair at Event Central at Caribbean Park.

LOOKING AHEAD

As we move into 2026, we look forward to continued investment across the park, further enhancements to our spaces, and new opportunities that support collaboration, growth and community engagement.

Thank you for being part of Caribbean Park and for helping shape the vibrant environment that defines our precinct.
