Caribbean Park Welcomes Stryker, A Global Leader in Medical Technology

We are thrilled to announce that Caribbean Park has entered into an exciting agreement with Stryker.

Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. The company offers innovative products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine that help improve patient and healthcare outcomes. Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 150 million patients annually. More information is available at www.stryker.com.

Stryker will join Caribbean Park with a team of approximately 200 staff, further reinforcing the Park’s status as a premier destination for industry leaders. Our expert Caribbean Park construction team will execute this greenfield site build, ensuring the facility is completed to the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

The new premises at 8 Caribbean Drive, Caribbean Park will feature 1500m² of office space, surrounded by full-height glazing that provides abundant natural light, as well as end-of-trip facilities with modern amenities. Staff will enjoy a large, north-facing entertaining area connected to the staff kitchen, designed for relaxation and collaboration. Immediately adjacent to the office, the 3000m² warehouse will be light-filled and equipped with a large concrete hardstand for efficient movement of goods.A beautifully landscaped garden with climbing plants, rolling grass berms, and a mixture of native and exotic trees will wrap around the building, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere for employees.

We are excited to welcome Stryker to our growing community of businesses at Caribbean Park. This collaboration marks another milestone in our journey to provide world-class facilities and foster a thriving environment for leading organisations. We eagerly anticipate the completion of the new building and look forward to welcoming Stryker into their new home, a space that we believe will inspire innovation and growth.
