Fitness February at Caribbean Park
This February, Club Lime Caribbean Park is providing an opportunity to try a variety of fitness activities guided by their fitness experts.
This set of events has been curated specifically for the Caribbean Park community and all tenants are welcome to these classes FREE of charge.
Caribbean Park tenants are most welcome to attended each Thursdays throughout February 2023 for a 30 minute classes in Yoga, Core, Strength and Mobility.
YOGA CLASS (FREE) Thursday 2nd February, 12:15pm – 12.45pm
Focus on stretch and breath. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.
CORE CLASS (FREE) Thursday 9th February, 12:15pm – 12.45pm
Focus on core strength. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.
STRENGTH CLASS (FREE) Thursday 16th February, 12:15pm – 12.45pm
Focus on building muscle with dumbbells. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.
MOBILITY CLASS (FREE) Thursday 23rd February, 12:15pm – 12.45pm
Focus on mobility and functional exercises. Please bring a yoga mat, if possible, comfortable clothing and water bottle. Extra mats will be supplied.

These classes are complimentary however, bookings are essential.
