Leading businesses that make Caribbean Park home, experience the highest quality office space in a parkland setting and a suite of amenity that includes, childcare, gym, wellness studio, restaurants, cafes and a Hyatt Place hotel.  The achievement of carbon neutral certification is the perfect complement to a development already regarded as the finest location for staff amenity and staff performance.

“We are delighted to have achieved a carbon neutral certification on all rateable office buildings at Caribbean Park and will continue our efforts of improvement and maintaining the commercial office buildings in a manner befitting of our natural environment and the needs of our occupant partners into the future.  With expert industry assistance, we took the opportunity to invest in various carbon offset projects to become certified with Climate Active, who’s carbon neutral certification process is one of the most rigorous in the world.”   Tim Rubio, Asset Manager, Caribbean Park.

Defibrillator (AED)

Caribbean Park has purchased and installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) located on the external wall of Middleman. Please see image below for location.

The use of AEDs is recommended by Australian Resuscitation Council, Safe Work Australia, WorkSafe Victoria and Ambulance Victoria. More and more businesses are recognising the cost or being unprepared and addressing the need to expand their safety policies to include an AED program.
